This is a hardy tree originated from Raleigh, NC. It is susceptible to diseases like bacterial leaf spot. Freestone. Ripens in mid August. Self-pollinating. Perfect for honey-sweet peach preserves. This large, 3-inch fruit gets rave reviews. Brilliant red skin covers creamy white flesh that is bursting with full, rich flavor. This hardy tree is considered to be a new, improved Belle of Georgia. Originates from Raleigh, North Carolina in 1987.
