Korean Melon (Chamoe 참외) is a traditional Korean melon variety that is crisp and amazingly sweet melon. It is an oval-shaped and grow to have a deep golden yellow skin color with white stripes, weighing over 1.5 lbs. Inside, it has a white soft, and slightly crunchy flesh with hard seeds in the center. Train to climb on vertical lattice for ease of harvest or let it grow on the ground. Harvest when the fruit has a fragrant aroma and at the first sign of first cracking at the base of the melon stem.
